Impact Statement

During 2023 Lifelong Family Links have supported 210 young people with SEND in the London Borough of Lambeth through our out of school activities and projects. This was supported through our funders Lambeth, Community Fund, Walcott Foundation, HAF EIP, London Youth, Million Hour Fund and Youth Music Foundation.

We are a non-profit organisation that provides services to young people with disabilities, support to families and adults that need support in the community.
