The Club runs for three hours for up to 20 children. The Club is available to:-

• Children with disabilities aged 6 - 11 (or younger with parents) who live in Lambeth.

• Their brothers and sisters.

• Children of Volunteers.

Parents are welcome, and are expected to stay with their children if under the age of 5. A parents' room is provided and is a focus for informal mutual support. Refreshments are provided for everyone.

There are 3 play leaders, 1 specifically offers support to children with higher support and sensory needs.

Volunteers work alongside the play leaders to help the children join in the activities - art and craft, physical play and music. Activity workshops are also provided by a specialist group called 'Actionspace'.

The cost is usually £1 per session.

Transport is available for which there is no charge.

The last quarter's activities were well attended. We find that the Children's Saturday club is often over subscribed and there has to be a waiting list.
