Aims of the Life Skills Training Course
The life skills project started at the end of January 2010.
Despite a slow start into the project, the project has now fully taken off. Life Skills is an ASDAN accredited 'Transition Challenge' course, teaching young persons with disabilities over the age of 16 independent living skills, through a variety of interactive and enjoyable mediums.
On the 26th March 2010, participants for the life skills training course went on a trip to the Ideal home exhibition for the day. It was a good trip for everyone involved.
Annie West, has been taken on by Lambeth Family Link to run the life skills clubs.
